Refund
Policy of Central Admission Services
1.
The application and service fee payment is subject to a 2-day cancellation
period, during which you may receive a full refund
2.
The refund is not automatic on withdrawal of your application, and in order to
be eligible you must notify CENTRAL ADMISSION SERVICES in writing as per the
instructions below.

You have the right to cancel your application without giving any reason if the
cancellation request is made within 2 days (the "Cancellation
Period") of the date of the payment acknowledgement email sent to you.
4. To
exercise your cancellation right, it is sufficient for you to send your request
to cancel to us in writing at: CENTRAL ADMISSION SERVICES, First Floor Weija
Scc Snnit Office, Room A3/22-23 (or by request to info@centraladmissionservices.com. You
should mark the communication “Refunds and Cancellations”.
5. CENTRAL
ADMISSION SERVICES will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no
later than 5 days after the day the Central Admission Services received
cancellation confirmation from you.
6. Central
Admission Services will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment
as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed
otherwise.

For the avoidance of doubt, where performance of the contract to process your
application has commenced during the Cancellation Period you will be required
to pay the Central Admission Services a proportional amount of the application
and service fee for the work carried out in processing your application until
the date cancellation is communicated to the Central Admission Services; and
you may only receive a partial refund of this fee. In the event that the
application has been fully processed during the Cancellation Period your right
to cancel no longer applies and you will not receive any refund of your
application and service fee. ‘Fully processed’ means that the Central Admission
Services has submitted you application to the concern university or your
application has been rejected by the concern university within the Cancellation
Period. Your consent to the processing starting within the Cancellation Period
is assumed by your submitting your online application on our portal unless you
communicate otherwise to us at the time. Please note that if you do not agree
to pay the application and service fee then your application will not be
processed.
8.
After the 2 days cancellation period your application and service fee cannot be
refunded even if your application is withdrawn or is unsuccessful.
